You can cancel an experience up to 24 hours before your session with no penalty. All sessions will be charged full rate, if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
If we have to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
If there are some technical problems at our end, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
